About Padma Rawat
Padma Rawat is a highly accomplished Senior Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist with over 15 years of extensive clinical experience. Known for her patient-centric approach, she has dedicated her career to improving communication abilities across all age groups.
Before establishing NSHC, Padma Rawat spent nearly a decade as a Training Manager – Audiology with Siemens (now Signia). In this influential role, she trained hundreds of audiologists and clinicians across Northern and Western India, representing the organization at national and international seminars to stay aligned with the latest global innovations.
Her vision for NSHC was born from a desire to create a space where expert technical knowledge meets genuine compassion—where patients feel supported and guided at every step of their journey.
